Chamaedorea Seifrizii - Bamboo Palm
Chamaedorea is a genus of 107 species of palms, native to subtropical and tropical regions of the Americas. They are small palms, growing to 0.3 – 6m tall with slender, cane-like stems, growing in the understory in rainforests.
Chamaeodora are best in cool areas, away from excessive heat. They are tolerant of temperatures to 10ºC.
These palms are best in medium light but will grow well up to around 800 lux. In high light these plants can sunbleach.
